Could there be a sweeter more understanding and accomodating person than Joy? She worked with us during the cancellation of my daughter's reception for 3/14/20. Yes, that weekend. She brought a bouquet for the bride and several floral arrangements for the house as they got married in our home with just my husband and I in attendance. The wedding finally happened this past summer and it was amazing! Her floral pieces were commented on by everyone and all were happy when I suggested they take them home. We've had a relationship with Joy for three years for this wedding. It was well worth the wait, plus I feel as if I've made a friend.

From the moment I had my first consultation with Joy, I knew she was the florist for me. I had spoken to a number of florists in LI before I spoke to her, and she was by far the most knowledgeable about flowers (and her prices were extremely reasonable!) I was also very picky about wedding florals because I believe florals really set the tone and ambiance of a wedding - I wanted elegant, romantic, and let me tell you - she DELIVERED!! I was completely blown away, from my bouquets, to the centerpieces, it was truly a dream. Joy lives up to the hype of her reviews and goes above and beyond for her clients. I will start with the reactions I received from our wedding regarding the flowers. 'Absolutely stunning.' 'I am obsessed with the flowers.' Joy and her team were phenomenal! I could go on and on about how lovely Joy is to work with, but the bottom line is that, she gets it. Trust her. She works high end weddings with HIGH budgets, but still takes the time to work within YOUR budget. And I am telling you, you will not be disappointed. I told her what I wanted and she delivered. Before our wedding, I walked through the reception area, and I was in awe of what she did. She not only listens and works with you, but she is one of the most kind hearted, charismatic, dedicated women I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She loves what she does and it shows. I could not have been happier with working with Joy. We only work with her and her amazing team moving forward!

Wow wow wow!!! Joy captured exactly the vibe I was looking for and gave me something better than I could have even imagine!!! Of all the vendors I spoke to, she had the most reasonable prices and my flowers couldn’t have been more beautiful. Even after making some changes to the initial plan, she never raised my price and delivered spectacularly. Couldn’t recommend enough!!!

Elegant designs by Joy was the best vendor we worked with. Not only did they make our visions come true and created beautiful floral arrangements that we are still obsessing over today, but they were easy to communicate with and assured us that we were making the best choice. They also did an amazing job of staying within our budget but still blowing our minds with the work they did. They were very knowledgeable with our venue too, which made the process even easier because they knew exactly what would work best. I recommended them to all future brides!

Joy and her team were wonderful to work with. I was instantly put at ease the first moment I spoke with Joy on planning flowers for my stepdaughter’s wedding, and with very little input from me (I’m not very good at this stuff!) her team designed and executed a breathtaking display of centerpieces and pedestal arrangements. I wasn’t sure how many tables we would have until a few days before the wedding, so she even reached out to me at the last minute and was able to create a stunning mantel display from the centerpiece we didn’t need, at no extra cost. Beautiful work at a reasonable price, and just a wonderful person to work with, I’m so glad we went with her. I received so many compliments on the flowers at the wedding, I can’t say enough about Elegant Designs by Joy!
